Our History
Fifty-six years ago, Al Pardini decided to bring together his passion for fine food and his passion for the Central Valley. In 1958, he established the company that today stands as Fresno’s oldest, most decorated catering service.
The reason for Pardini’s continued success is very simple: we are committed, above all else, to the quality of our food and the happiness of our customers. The reason that we can so consistently deliver on those commitments is just as simple as the commitments themselves: fifty years has given us more experience and better infrastructure than any other catering company around. We have four traveling kitchens and all food is cooked on site. The way we see it, quality food is freshly prepared, and quality service comes from experienced staff.

Our Fleet
Pardini’s Catering and Banquets has the largest fleet of trucks, portable kitchens, and other equipment necessary to cater off-premise parties. This allows us to deliver any meal just as if we were cooking it from our own kitchen. Our fleet of trucks and portable kitchens allows Pardini’s to deliver the hottest, freshest, and most delicious food at any location! We cook it on site!
